All properties sold or let in the UK are legally obliged to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate / EPC (with only a few exceptions).
Our certified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) will in most cases carry out the survey at the same time as the photography appointment takes place. We will provide you with the certificate within 24hrs.
